BURKH (Burkhard Fritsche),
1952 in der Eulenspiegelstadt Mölln geboren, in Mönchengladbach aufgewachsen, Studium der Bildenden Kunst in Münster,
Meisterschüler bei Prof. Timm Ulrichs, lebt in Köln.
Seit 1980 freier Cartoonist, Veröffentlichungen in Pardon, Konkret, Titanic, Kowalski, Eulenspiegel, Nebelspalter, TAZ, Die Zeit, Welt am Sonntag, Süddeutsche Zeitung, KICKER Sportmagazin, Spiegel online, Charlie Hebdo (deutsche Ausgabe) u.v.a.. Zeichnete mehr als 20 Cartoonbücher.
Zahlreiche Preise im In-und Ausland, u. a. der Deutsche Karikaturenpreis 2008.
