Birgit Dodenhoff studierte in Hamburg Kommunikationsdesign mit dem Schwerpunkt Illustration.
Das Großwerden auf einem Bauernhof in Norddeutschland sowie die enge Verbundenheit zur Region zwischen Hamburg und Bremen
lassen sie dort bis heute leben und arbeiten. Inspirationsquelle für ihre "humoristischen Betrachtungen" sind die Landschaft und ihre Menschen.
Cartoons veröffentlicht sie unter anderem im Carlsen-Lappan Verlag, dem Satiremagazin Eulenspiegel sowie unter DODENHOFF CARTOONS auf Toonpool.com und auf Facebook.
