Geboren 1944 in Cottbus, groß geworden (1,94 Meter) in Berlin
Nach mühevoller Schulzeit Flucht zur Grafik. Private Kunstschule, Setzerlehre und finales Studium an privater Kunstschule und der Akademie für Grafik in Berlin. Erst angestellter, dann freiberuflicher Grafik-Designer. 1979 Umzug ins Bergische Land und radikales Bekenntnis zur humoristischen und satirischen Zeichnung.1983 nach Hamburg (zwei Söhne), 1988 mit der Familie nach Nordfriesland, wo er bis heute in einem kleinen Dorf an der Küste lebt. Zeichnet seit über 30 Jahren hauptsächlich für LAPPAN (Bücher) und ATHESIA (Kalender), zudem Cartoons für Magazine und Zeitschriften.
