Ruth Hebler - 1973 in Trier geboren, Eifelmädchen, Autodidaktin. Lebt und arbeitet im Herzen von Köln. Sie gewann 2023 den 3. Platz und 2021 den 2. Platz beim Deutschen Cartoonpreis, 2018 den 2. Platz beim Salzburger Karikaturenpreis und 2014 heimlich den Kunstpreis Der freche Mario. Ihre Cartoons erschienen z.B. im Stern, bei WDR Satire, der taz, im Eulenspiegel, vielen Cartoonbüchern und Kalendern und sind regelmäßig in Ausstellungen zu sehen.
